ThyssenKrupp Materials Handling Pty Ltd. (TKMH), Services department, offers a wide range of products and services to ensure the safe and reliable ongoing operation of mine and port fixed and mobile equipment.

 

 

TKMH Services department is based in Perth, Western Australia and has a service workshop located in Mackay, Queensland.

 

With support from TKMH engineers and designers all based in Perth, TKMH Services department can provide customers with a local presence backed by years of experience. As a result, TKMH Services department can offer clients total integrated solutions to their engineering and maintenance issues.

TKMH Services department have a management team that has several years of machine based experience with all mineral types.

 

The range of services that TKMH can provide is as follows: 

  • Engineering and Service Support;
  • Major machine upgrades and refurbishments including:
    • LT Upgrades;
    • Bucketwheel changeouts;
    • Structural upgrades;
    • Boom Replacements;
    • Capacity upgrades and reviews;
    • Machine Weighing;
    • Apron Feeders;
    • Grizzly Feeders;
  • Fabrication workshop located in Mackay;
  • Experienced Supervisory support for onsite works;
  • Preventative maintenance strategies for process plant and equipment;
  • Shutdown and refurbishment support;
  • Periodic machine and fixed plant inspections and audit reports for structural, mechanical and controls equipment;
  • Product service and standardization of existing spare parts for all plant or equipment, consulting OEMs with regards to providing alternative parts and consulting engineers for fit for purpose;
  • Audit drawings of plant and equipment to compare to the present As-built status of the plant or equipment;
  • Identify the need for and develop and compile machine handbooks;
  • Review and make recommendations on machine performance and functionality;
  • Operations and maintenance training for customers;
  • Review and update manuals for the operation, maintenance and functionality requirements of the plant or equipment.
