ThyssenKrupp Services

ThyssenKrupp Engineering (Australia) is recognised world wide as a supplier of first class equipment for mining, bulk materials handling and mineral processing. Whether your requirement is a simple spare part or a comprehensive overhaul we are capable of meeting your needs. In addition, our clients can be confident that they have the full support of the international ThyssenKrupp organisation behind them.

At ThyssenKrupp, we are committed to providing first class service. Our clients can rest assured that we will always strive to maintain or exceed this mandate. To meet this end we support a After Sales and Service department to assist our clients in achieving their highest potential in a cost-effective manner.

Maintenance Service
ThyssenKrupp provides qualified and well-experienced technicians and engineers to inspect and survey existing systems. They are capable of assessing the current condition of both the system and the individual components.
ThyssenKrupp inspectors will identify components that require immediate service, and, components that will require service or replacement in the future. By following this program the integrity and efficiency of the system will be maintained.
The inspector will also assess the current preventative maintenance program and spare parts inventory. It can then be customized for the client to maintain maximum efficiency.

Spare Parts Service
ThyssenKrupp currently maintains a Spare Parts

Service Department with staff capable of handling

all of our clients’ needs. New parts are sourced from the original equipment manufacturers, ensuring that they are identical and interchangeable with the existing components and capable of meeting the demands of the application.

Our After Sales & Spare Parts Service offers the following quality services to our valued clients:

Engineering and Supply
ThyssenKrupp's back-up service comes into effect immediately after an order is placed for new equipment, or, for the refurbishment of existing equipment. In addition, we provide our clients with the worldwide resources and extensive experience and disciplines that are available through the international ThyssenKrupp organization.

Erection and Commissioning
ThyssenKrupp provides the services of fully qualified and experienced representatives to assist clients with the installation of all our equipment. We offer two installation options: 1) our representatives can assume full responsibility for an installation contract, or, 2) we can work in an advisory or supervisory capacity with erector's chosen by the client.

Training
ThyssenKrupp provides the client with basic information concerning the operation of ThyssenKrupp supplied equipment during the commissioning service. In addition, upon request, more comprehensive and in depth training sessions can be provided. During these training sessions experienced ThyssenKrupp personnel will review the Operation Manuals with the client's personnel. Furthermore, we will provide "hands on" learning sessions where we will explain the principles for proper and safe operation including maintenance of the equipment.

Support Service
ThyssenKrupp covers warranty items, spare parts, engineering modifications or retrofits, upgrades, auditing of equipment and rebuilds. We can obtain replacement parts at original equipment manufacturer's prices and pass the savings to our clients.

Trouble Shooting
ThyssenKrupp personnel possess a wealth of experience that can be applied to solving problems, which may not only occur with ThyssenKrupp supplied equipment, but problems due to interfacing with other equipment or systems.

Auditing and Inspection
ThyssenKrupp can provide qualified and experienced technicians and engineers to carry out inspections or provide a survey of existing equipment. They will report on the condition of the system, specifically identify current or potential problems and make recommendations concerning remedial action. The inspector will also review and provide comments on the existing maintenance program and make recommendations where applicable. By following this program the integrity and efficiency of the system will be maintained.

Emergency Services
ThyssenKrupp is in a position to respond immediately to our clients needs in the event of a breakdown or failure of any piece of equipment. We maintain contact with suppliers of components worldwide and can often provide repair or replacements at short notice.
