Engineering and Supply
ThyssenKrupp's back-up service comes into effect immediately after an order is placed for new equipment, or, for the refurbishment of existing equipment. In addition, we provide our clients with the worldwide resources and extensive experience and disciplines that are available through the international
ThyssenKrupp organization.
Erection and Commissioning
ThyssenKrupp provides the services of fully qualified and experienced representatives to assist clients with the installation of all our equipment. We offer two installation options: 1) our representatives can assume full responsibility for an installation contract, or, 2) we can work in an advisory or supervisory capacity with erector's chosen by the client.
Training
ThyssenKrupp provides the client with basic information concerning the operation of
ThyssenKrupp supplied equipment during the commissioning service. In addition, upon request, more comprehensive and in depth training sessions can be provided. During these training sessions experienced
ThyssenKrupp personnel will review the Operation Manuals with the client's personnel. Furthermore, we will provide "hands on" learning sessions where we will explain the principles for proper and safe operation including maintenance of the equipment.
Support Service
ThyssenKrupp covers warranty items, spare parts, engineering modifications or retrofits, upgrades, auditing of equipment and rebuilds. We can obtain replacement parts at original equipment manufacturer's prices and pass the savings to our clients.
Trouble Shooting
ThyssenKrupp personnel possess a wealth of experience that can be applied to solving problems, which may not only occur with
ThyssenKrupp supplied equipment, but problems due to interfacing with other equipment or systems.
Auditing and Inspection
ThyssenKrupp can provide qualified and experienced technicians and engineers to carry out inspections or provide a survey of existing equipment. They will report on the condition of the system, specifically identify current or potential problems and make recommendations concerning remedial action. The inspector will also review and provide comments on the existing maintenance program and make recommendations where applicable. By following this program the integrity and efficiency of the system will be maintained.
Emergency Services
ThyssenKrupp is in a position to respond immediately to our clients needs in the event of a breakdown or failure of any piece of equipment. We maintain contact with suppliers of components worldwide and can often provide repair or replacements at short notice.
