ThyssenKrupp Engineering (Australia) has established strong references within the Kiln and Mill Maintenance market.  Our team can provide simple measurements to complete kiln refurbishments.

To meet this end we support a After Sales and Service department to assist our clients in achieving their highest potential in a cost-effective manner.

We understand the importance of plant reliability, and build up a partnership with our clients to ensure:

Our team is capable of mobilising immediately during breakdowns, ensuring productivity is quickly resumed and minimal production losses are suffered.

Kiln/Mill Inspections and Monitoring
Our team is highly capable in performing various kiln and mill inspections to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance.  A report is provided at the end of the job highlighting the results and recommending potential improvements.

Kiln Tyre and Shell Changeouts 
When only a single kiln tyre needs to be replaced, ThyssenKrupp can assist. With our extensive experience and professional personnel, we are able to quickly and efficiently install tyre and shell sections of rotary kilns.

By working closely with our clients, we are able to minimise our time on site and ensure minimum disruption to existing operations.

Complete Kiln Overhaul
When it is time for a complete overhaul of the kiln or mill, ThyssenKrupp will deliver!! Along with our sister company Polysius, we are able to become a One-Stop-Shop for refurbishment works. Our In-house construction and project management capability ensures the project is run on time, every time, whilst setting the benchmark in safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

With kilns often being the heart of most processing plants, every minute the equipment is off-line will cost our clients lost production. We therefore work around the clock to ensure production is resumed and productivity is maintained.

Spare Parts Service

ThyssenKrupp currently maintains a Spare Parts Service Department with staff capable of handling all of our clients' needs. Together with our sister company Polysius, we are able to provide a comprehensive range of spare parts for various kiln and mills. New parts are sourced from the original equipment manufacturers, ensuring that they are identical and interchangeable with the existing components and capable of meeting the demands of the application.
